Commercial Fabrics is a Seattle based, second generation
family business founded in 1975. Duane Ruud opened CFM
after a long career in the canvas industry and quickly
became one of the largest domestic suppliers to the
water ski industry. Thirty-three years later, Tim Ruud
has evolved CFM into a major supplier to the medical,
prison, law enforcement, and marine trades.
One of the benefits of working with Commercial Fabrics
is our ability to take your idea to production. With the
option of embellishing a product onsite, your branded
piece is ready for market, whether in the wholesale or
retail marketplace. Our tag line of "Contract Sewing for
Industry" takes on any project in a timely and cost
effective manner, all with an eye for detail.
